Delegate participation options

As a delegate, you will participate in interactive sessions and discussions, meeting and exchanging with industry peers relevant to you and your company. Networking breaks, lunch an evening reception will enhance opportunities to engage with speakers, exhibitors, and other delegates.

Corporate rate

PAY BEFORE 16 SEPTEMBER: £195 + 20% VAT
PAY AFTER 16 SEPTEMBER: £295 + 20% VAT
PAY AFTER 4 NOVEMBER: £395 + 20% VAT

Non-profit or Academic rate

PAY BEFORE 16 SEPTEMBER: £95 + 20% VAT
PAY AFTER 16 SEPTEMBER £150 + 20% VAT
PAY AFTER 4 NOVEMBER £195+ 20% VAT

Delegate package includes:

The delegate pack contains a name badge, a Bag with the conference program and printed materials.

Conference Admission Badge which gives full access is available for one participant to attend the conference sessions, coffee breaks, lunch and evening drinks.

Web application. Each participant will be provided individual access to the web application a few days before the forum, enabling you to schedule meetings with fellow participants and exchange electronic business cards.

Post-event materials. Two to four weeks after the Conference, each delegate will be provided with access to the presentation slides and video recordings of the conference sessions.

Promotions

The price includes placement of the promotional literature and advertising materials at the registration area.
The price excludes production and shipping costs. Printed materials can be delivered and stored at the venue no longer than 5 working days before the event. All materials which have not been collected at the end of the event will be disposed of.

Roll-up banner

The banner will be placed either in the networking area (reserved for coffee breaks and lunch) or in the foyer next to the Conference Welcome desk. The roll-up banner should not exceed 2 meters in height and 1.5 meters in width. The banner can be delivered and stored at the venue no longer than 5 working days before the event. The banner which has not been collected at the end of the event will be disposed of.

Advertisement

The price includes placement of the advertising page in the conference brochure distributed to all conference participants. Please submit artwork no later than 10 working days before the event.

Registration

Confirmation ofthe booking andinvoice will besent within 2working days tothe email addressused in thebooking form.

Payment

The fees can be paidby debit or creditcard (via Stripe) orBank Transfer.

Participants must remit payment for the event as outlined in the invoice or booking form. Payment in full is due to the organizers no later than 48 hours before the event commences. Failure to pay may result in the organisers denying participation.

Admission

Organisers reservethe right to refuseentry to participantswho have failed topay the fee prior tothe Forum.

Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to participants who have failed to pay the fee prior to the Forum. Replacement or cancellation: Delegate substitution can be made at any time. All cancellations submitted in writing to admin@minexforum.com 10 calendar days before the event will be subject to up to 30% administration fee. No refunds will be made if cancellations are submitted less than 10 calendar days before the event. At the discretion of the organisers, a credit note can be issued in case of cancellation received less than 10 calendar days before the event.
