Desislava Radeva (Desi) is an Executive Director within Standard Chartered Bank’s Development & Agency Finance business with origination coverage of Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia for term loan facilities supported by export credit agencies, development finance institutions, and multi-lateral agencies. Desi has over 17 years’ experience in long-term debt and sustainable finance for infrastructure projects in healthcare, transport, water supply, and power sectors in Europe, Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Prior to joining SCB in 2018 Desi was with the Export Credit Agency team of Citigroup, initially in London followed by 7 years in Africa (Johannesburg and Nairobi). Desi holds a Master’s degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University in Washington DC.
